From 3D-printed bike frames to a brand new MTB and the latest Wahoo computer this is a tech-packed issue. The inaugural Gravel World Champs kicks off and we look at how to get faster for free with nutrition and sleep guides. Enjoy!
Hello,
Welcome to the first newsletter of my off-season. Thatās right, Iām officially on holiday. Lying with my feet up on a beautiful autumn day, it seems a shame not to be out on the bike, but equally, itās time for a mental break from training.
Iām not planning on touching my bike for at least three, maybe even four weeks. Instead, Iāll be travelling across Europe having some fun and living like a normal 21-year-old. The off-season is one of my favourite times of the season as it allows me to do all those things that just arenāt possible when training full time.
From Lisbon to London, Dublin to Toulouse, my next few weeks have plenty of adventures and Iām looking forward to getting going.
Happy Pedalling,
Joe
