Another week, another newsletter. Iām afraid thereās very little to report on my end, life is pretty normal.
Iām still in the UK and Iām just completing a lighter training load for the moment Iāll hopefully be on a plane back home to Girona soon, mainly because I need to fulfill my need for a good flat whiteā¦

Hour record
Ellen van Dijk obliterated the UCI Womenās Hour Record in the last few days. The Dutch rider who is the reigning UCI World TT Champion, beat the previous record by 849 m.
Dijk rode a custom-painted Trek Speed Concept for the hour, featuring a bizarre split paint job. One side was white, the other blue. Check it out.
