🌬Stage 103: Fixing a broken carbon frame with tape?!
and should this be the end of electronic shifting?
Cycling’s brightest star keeps getting more exciting, how to repair carbon bikes with duct tape AND, should we end electronic shifting?! Also, don’t miss a guide on how (not) to panic train!
Hello,
Welcome to a newsletter from a beautiful evening here in Catalonia. I’m currently lying on my couch writing this after a hard day out training. I spent this past week in Calpe on a media/training camp.
The idea of the camp was to combine media duties with training, but as is often the case, that didn’t happen. The first two days were complete washouts with the rain, the middle two days were spent filming and it was only the final two where we seriously trained.
Granted, the 205 km, 6.5 hours of training on the final day more than made up for it!
Happy pedalling,
Joe
Feel free to email me at joe@nplus1.cc if you have any questions, or feel I’ve missed something that is worth putting in the Newsletter.
